Sustainability and responsibility

How we take responsibility

Inonom AB has an adopted code of conduct and documented environmental work. Here is the commitment in short, and both documents in full. Last updated 7 September 2026.

Our commitment

We conduct our business in accordance with:

  • The UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights (1948)
  • The eight ILO core conventions nos. 29, 87, 98, 100, 105, 111, 138 and 182
  • The UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, article 32
  • Occupational safety and work environment legislation in the country where the work is performed
  • Labour law, including minimum wage legislation, and applicable social security protection
  • Applicable environmental protection legislation
  • The UN Declaration against Corruption

Where international provisions offer stronger protection for the individual than national law, we apply the stronger level. Mikael Wällstedt, CEO, is responsible for compliance.

Environment

We consider the environment in every business decision, comply with applicable legislation, work towards continuous improvement, and set environmental requirements upstream in the supply chain. The business is delivered as a service, predominantly digitally. The environmental aspects that weigh heaviest are therefore business travel, the energy used by the digital infrastructure we rely on, and the lifespan of IT equipment.

Three objectives guide the work:

  • At least 80 per cent of client meetings are held digitally
  • All primary cloud and AI suppliers have a published climate commitment by 31 December 2028
  • All IT equipment is used for at least five years and handed over for certified recycling or reuse

Responsibility in what we deliver

AI support that we develop or introduce at a client is reviewed by a human before it is used in production, so that biased or discriminatory outcomes are caught. Responsibility for a recommendation always rests with a person, never with a model.

Anti-corruption

We neither offer, give, request nor accept improper payment or other compensation in order to obtain, retain or direct business. Gifts and benefits beyond nominal value are neither given nor accepted in connection with public sector business, hospitality is kept moderate and documented, and conflicts of interest are reported to the buyer before an engagement begins.

Requirements on suppliers and partners

The code of conduct is communicated in writing to every party we engage or collaborate with in a delivery, and the party confirms acceptance in writing. The same applies to the environmental requirements. We carry out a risk assessment before every new collaboration, and a combined review once a year.

How we follow up

Every December we review the risk list, verify compliance at participating parties, compile deviations and the action taken, and decide objectives for the coming year. The result is documented and kept available for inspection. Deviations discovered during the year are handled immediately, rather than waiting for the annual review.

Reporting a violation

Suspected breaches of the code of conduct can be reported to [email protected] or +46 70 548 05 08. Anyone reporting in good faith will not suffer negative consequences.
